解决方案

问题是：拉取不下代码
1. 可能是外网无法访问，尝试使用内网访问
2. 可能是jenkins中git的地址只支持ssh的方式访问，不支持http，需要给jenkins配置ssh密钥
3. 可能是某个用户在jenkins的ssh密钥写死了，导致必须把这个用户加到项目中才可以拉取代码
